Merge PDF files
Combine invoices, packing lists, certificates and any other PDFs into a single file, in the order you choose. Your files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Free, no sign-up, and your files never leave your device
How to merge PDF files
- 1
Add your PDFs
Drop the files into the box above or choose them from your computer. You can keep adding files until you're ready to merge.
- 2
Put them in order
Drag the files into the order you want, or use the arrows. Each file shows its first page and page count, so you can check you've got the right one.
- 3
Merge and download
Click Merge PDFs and the combined file downloads straight away. Every page keeps its original size and orientation.
Frequently asked questions
- Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The merge happens in your browser using your own computer's memory, so the files never reach our servers or anyone else's.
- Is there a limit on file size or the number of files?
There's no fixed limit. Because the work happens on your device, very large jobs of several hundred megabytes depend on how much memory your computer or phone has available.
- Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Protected PDFs can't be merged here. Open the file in your PDF reader, save a copy without the password and add that copy instead.
- Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
The pages and everything printed on them come through exactly as they were, but bookmarks and fillable form fields from the original files aren't carried over to the merged PDF.
