Sail's AI evaluates the entire catalog up front, then keeps it true. It detects your active trade lanes straight from shipment data, no manual lane setup, and watches everything that can flip a status: a new BOM version, a fresh batch, a price move, an updated FTA text. Affected products go stale and re-run automatically, and the statuses in your ERP stay current without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet.
AI runs the determination and shows all of its work. It tries the rule alternatives of each agreement in order and records every attempt with its arithmetic: wholly obtained, specified processes, tariff shift, value thresholds. Each run pins the exact BOM version, rule version, and declarations it used. And when someone asks why, the built-in assistant explains the determination in plain language, citing the rule and the evidence.
LTSDs and origin evidence arrive as PDFs, scans, and email replies, in any language. Sail's AI parses each one, matches it to the supplier and the components it covers, and checks validity on arrival. A person confirms before anything is used, and your own statements on origin are issued from the same data.
