Version 1.2: Validation Criticality & Smarter HS Codes

Focus: Smarter triage, AI-assisted classification, and customizable workspaces

Major Features:

Validation Criticality

  • See What Matters First: Validations are now ranked by criticality. Critical issues bubble to the top so your team fixes the right things in the right order.
  • Sort by Criticality: Sort lists by criticality to triage long validation queues quickly.

AI-Assisted HS Code Classification

  • HS Code Suggestions, Powered by AI: A dedicated classification step proposes HS codes for your line items, with reasoning you can review before applying.
  • Bulk Apply HS Codes: Apply HS code suggestions to many line items in a single action instead of one row at a time.
  • HS Code Summary Document Support: Use HS code summary documents as a source for declarations, with score-based packing-list matching when an exact match is not available.

Document Power-Ups

  • New Document: Fumigation Certificate: Full support and validation for Fumigation Certificates.
  • File Format Guardrails: Uploads are now restricted to acceptable formats up front, so unsupported files never make it into your workflow.
  • Add-Document File Validation: When adding documents to a shipment, we validate file integrity early to catch empty or broken files before they cause downstream issues.
  • Preview Button on the Documents Listing: Preview any document straight from the listing page without diving into details.
  • Status in Declaration Widget: Declaration status is now visible directly on the widget.
  • Per-Invoice Weight Breakdown: Weight totals are now broken down per invoice, so you can see exactly which invoice contributed which weights.

Shipment Grid Customization

  • Hide & Reorder Columns: Customize the shipments grid to match how your team works.
  • Persistent Column Sizes: Column widths are saved locally, so your layout sticks around between sessions.
  • Docs Column on Shipments Grid: See the documents attached to each shipment without leaving the list.

Real-Time Updates

  • Documents Appear & Disappear Live: Building on the live updates in 1.1, you now see new documents appear and removed ones disappear instantly.

For Admins

  • User Management: A dedicated area for admins to invite, update, and configure team members directly from settings.
  • Password Resets for Your Team: Admins can reset any team member's password without raising a support ticket.

Polish & Quality of Life

  • Faster Document Page Loads: We trimmed waste from the document page, so opening a doc is noticeably faster.
  • Stronger Invoice Number Validation: Tighter handling of special characters in invoice numbers, with clearer error messages when a number does not match the expected pattern.
