Seamless integration capabilities with robust ERP bridge and granular team permissions. Direct Excel file processing joins centralized company address book to enhance collaboration, while standardized party display ensures consistent data management across all documents.
Version 0.3: Seamless Integration & Collaboration
Key Features:
- ERP Integration Bridge: We launched a robust ERP integration bridge. This enables you to synchronize data seamlessly between Sail and your core business systems, reducing manual data entry and potential errors.
- Granular Team Permissions: Manage your team's access effectively. We've integrated tools for setting user roles and permissions, ensuring the right people have the right access.
- Centralized Company Address Book: We added a Company Address Book. This gives you a central, easy-to-manage repository for contact information for your key trading partners and counterparties.
- Direct Excel File Processing: You can now upload Microsoft Excel files directly. Sail processes them intelligently, including automatically extracting line items from tables within the sheets.
Key Improvements:
- Standardized Party Display: Standardized and improved the logic for displaying Buyer, Seller, and Shipper information consistently based on the specific document type you're viewing.
- Dedicated Port Data Type: Introduced a specific data type for 'Ports', improving consistency when handling port information.
- Enhanced Company Data Handling: Improved internal data structures for more robust management of company information linked across documents and shipments.
